Day 1: Welcome to Cairo

• Arrival: Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative holding a "Valley of Kings Travel" sign.
• Private Transfer: Enjoy a comfortable transfer in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel.
• Overnight: Settle in and relax for your first night in Cairo.

Day 2: Giza's Ancient Wonders & The Egyptian Museum

Day 3: Alexandria, The Pearl of the Mediterranean

• Bibliotheca Alexandrina: Journey to Alexandria and begin your tour at the magnificent new Library of Alexandria (Bibliotheca Alexandrina), a modern tribute to the ancient world's center of learning. Explore its open court and museums.
  • Please Note: The library is closed on Fridays and public holidays. A separate ticket is required to enter the main reading area.
• Historic Landmarks: Visit the Citadel of Qaitbay, a formidable 15th-century fortress built on the very site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria.
• Royal Gardens & Palaces: Stroll through the lush Montaza Palace Gardens, former royal grounds of King Farouk, and view the historic Haramlek and Salamlek palaces.
• City Highlights: Admire the stunning Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque, the city's largest, and see the memorials to the Unknown Soldier and Alexander the Great.
• Scenic Corniche Drive: Experience the beauty of Alexandria with a drive along its 30 km coastal Corniche, passing the old harbor and the modern landmark, Stanley Bridge.
• Historic Downtown: Take a walk through the old city center, originally designed by Alexander the Great himself.
• Return to Cairo: Travel back to your hotel in Cairo in comfort.

Day 4: Alexandria at Your Leisure

• Free Day: After breakfast, enjoy a full day to explore Alexandria on your own or choose from one of our optional excursions.

  • El Alamein Day Trip: Explore the pivotal World War II battlefields and memorials.

Day 5: Journey to Ancient Saqqara & Memphis

• Return to Cairo: After breakfast, enjoy a comfortable transfer back to Cairo.
• Saqqara Necropolis: Journey back in time to visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world's oldest major stone structure, dating back to the 3rd Dynasty.
• Memphis: Explore the ruins of Memphis, the first capital of ancient Egypt, and marvel at the colossal limestone statue of Ramses II.
• Dahshur Pyramids: Venture to the Dahshur necropolis to witness the architectural evolution of pyramid building with the unique Bent Pyramid and the impressive Red Pyramid.
• Overnight: Cairo.

Day 6: Free Day in Cairo

• Leisure Day: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and a full day to explore Cairo at your own pace, shop for souvenirs, or relax.
• Optional Tours:
  • Citadel & Old Cairo: Discover the Citadel of Salah El-Din, the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Aly, and the historic churches and synagogues of Old Cairo.

Day 7: Final Departure

• Transfer to Airport: After a final breakfast, our representative will escort you to Cairo International Airport and assist you with all departure formalities for your journey home.
