Day 1: Arrival in Luxor & East Bank Tour

• Welcome to Luxor: Upon your arrival at Luxor International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative, who will be holding a “Valley of Kings Travel” sign for easy identification. You will then be escorted in a comfortable, private vehicle to begin your incredible journey into ancient history on Luxor's East Bank.
• East Bank Tour Highlights: Your tour will guide you through these magnificent sites:
  • Luxor Temple: A truly stunning temple, where you will explore the grand courtyard and stand in awe before the colossal granite statues of the great Pharaoh Ramses II.
  • Karnak Temple Complex: The largest ancient religious site in the world. Your visit to this vast open-air museum begins as you walk along the majestic Avenue of Sphinxes. Key highlights within the complex include:
    • The Unfinished Propylon
    • The Great Hypostyle Hall, a breathtaking forest of 134 gigantic, intricately carved columns
    • The towering Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Thutmose III
    • The Temple of Amon, adorned with beautiful lotus and papyrus designs
    • The large Granite Scarab of Amenophis III, a symbol of good fortune
    • The tranquil and atmospheric Sacred Lake
• Cruise Check-in and Evening: Following your tour, you will be transferred to your Nile cruise. After boarding, you can settle in before savoring a delicious lunch on board. Later in the afternoon, relax with a cup of tea. The evening features a delightful dinner, followed by captivating entertainment with a traditional Belly Dance show.

Day 2: The Royal Tombs of the West Bank

• Morning: Savor a delicious breakfast on board before an optional, awe-inspiring experience.
• Optional Activity: Soar above the Nile on a Hot Air Balloon ride (approx. 30-45 minutes, weather permitting). Witness a breathtaking sunrise as you drift over the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and the Nobles' Tombs. An incredible way to see Luxor from a unique perspective! ($95 per person)
• Morning: Embark on a tour of Luxor's fabled West Bank. Cross the Nile and journey to the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of the New Kingdom pharaohs. Explore the exquisitely decorated tombs of various dynasties (King Tut's tomb requires a separate ticket, not included).
• Afternoon: Visit the impressive mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, a stunning example of classical architecture nestled against the cliffs. On the return journey, pause to admire the colossal Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues representing Amenophis III.
• Evening: Return to the cruise ship for lunch. The ship will then set sail towards Esna. Enjoy afternoon tea and a fun Disco Party in the evening.
• Overnight: Onboard the cruise ship.

Day 3: Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

• Morning: After breakfast, arrive in Edfu. A horse-drawn carriage will take you to the magnificent Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. Explore its grand courtyards, halls, and reliefs, which provide a detailed look into ancient religious practices.
• Afternoon: The ship sails towards Kom Ombo. Enjoy lunch on board.
• Afternoon: Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon god. The temple's symmetrical design features separate entrances, halls, and sanctuaries for each deity.
• Overnight: Onboard the cruise ship.

Day 4: Aswan & The Philae Temple

• Morning: Enjoy breakfast as the ship sails to Aswan.
• Morning: Begin your Aswan tour at the modern engineering marvel, the Aswan High Dam, completed in 1964. From here, you can gaze out over the vast expanse of Lake Nasser.
• Afternoon: Take a short boat ride to the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The entire complex was meticulously relocated to the island of Agilkia to save it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser.
• Evening: Return to the cruise ship for lunch, followed by afternoon tea and a farewell dinner.
• Overnight: Onboard the cruise ship in Aswan.

Day 5: Optional Abu Simbel & Departure

• Morning: After a final breakfast on board, disembark from the cruise ship.
• Optional Activity: An early morning departure by road for the spectacular Temples of Abu Simbel. These colossal temples, carved from a mountainside during the reign of Ramses II, were relocated in a monumental UNESCO project. Witness the grand statues of Ramses II at the main temple and the smaller, elegant temple of his wife, Nefertari.
• Afternoon: Return to Aswan and be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you'll be met and transferred to your hotel, concluding your unforgettable Nile adventure.
