Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

• Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by our professional representative holding a "Valley of Kings Travel" sign.
• Enjoy a private, air-conditioned transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: The Great Pyramids & Egyptian Museum

• After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour to the Giza Plateau.

• Following breakfast, transfer to Cairo's domestic airport for your flight to Luxor.
• Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be transferred to your Nile cruise ship.

Day 4: Luxor's East Bank - Karnak & Luxor Temples

• After breakfast, explore the magnificent temples of the East Bank.
• Visit the Temple of Karnak, a vast complex of temples, pylons, and obelisks built over centuries, starting with the grand Avenue of Sphinxes.
• Discover the Temple of Luxor, admiring its grand courtyard and the colossal granite statues of Ramses the Great.

Day 5: Esna & Edfu's Sacred Temples

Day 6: Aswan's Modern & Ancient Marvels

• After breakfast, sail to Aswan and begin your tour of the city's highlights.
• Visit the High Dam, an incredible feat of modern engineering that created Lake Nasser.
• Journey by motorboat to Agilkia Island to explore the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and painstakingly relocated to save it from the rising Nile waters.
• Accommodation: Overnight on board in Aswan.

Day 7: Aswan & Felucca Sailing (Optional Abu Simbel)

• Breakfast on board.
• Optional Morning Tour: Journey to the magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel. Carved into a mountainside by Ramesses II (XIXth Dynasty), these colossal temples are among Egypt's most glorious monuments. The tour includes the main temple and the nearby temple dedicated to his wife, Nefertari.
• In the afternoon, enjoy a tranquil ride on a traditional felucca sailboat on the Nile, sailing around Kitchener’s Island and the Agha Khan Mausoleum.

Day 8: Kom Ombo's Twin Temple

• Breakfast on board as we sail downstream to Kom Ombo.
• Visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods: the crocodile-headed Sobek and the falcon-headed Horus the Elder.
• Lunch on board while sailing towards Edfu.
• Afternoon tea and dinner on board.

Day 9: Luxor's West Bank - Valley of the Kings

• After breakfast, explore the legendary West Bank of Luxor, the ancient necropolis of Thebes.
• Discover the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of pharaohs, where you can enter several magnificent tombs.
• Visit the stunning terraced Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari.
• On the return journey, stop for photos at the imposing Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
• Return to the ship for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.

Day 10: Disembarkation & Return to Cairo

• Enjoy a final breakfast on board.
• Optional Morning: Experience a breathtaking Hot Air Balloon ride over Luxor's West Bank, drifting peacefully over the Valley of the Kings and ancient temples as the sun rises (flight is 30-45 minutes, weather permitting).
• Disembark from the cruise and transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo.

Day 11: Final Departure

• After breakfast at your hotel, our representative will transfer you to Cairo International Airport and assist you with final departure formalities.
